We seem to have a difficult to pinpoint gremlin determined to create havoc combined with some site access restrictions slowing our ability to respond 🙁

Tech tried valiantly this afternoon in very trying conditions to complete repairs but were hampered by continuing strong winds and rain bands. They will return in the morning! We will update this information once we have a clearer picture of the situation. Oct 29, 22:24:41 GMT+0 - Resolved - All services were restored overnight and full network capacity has been restored. 
We will continue monitoring to ensure all systems are fully functional after the massive repair task was completed! Oct 29, 07:30:00 GMT+0 - Investigating - Technicians worked throughout last night sourcing equipment and planning how to tackle repairs which started at 5am this morning.
Much progress has been made today by the team on site, but full network capacity may not be fully back online until some point over the weekend.
