Our primary upstream carrier is having an issue and we are currently awaiting updates from them Services will be connected but are running on backup links and may suffer from some degradation until the primary fibre comes back online

***OUTAGE ADVICE*** Waterloo Area UPDATE 8/7/25 1:20pm Techs have attempted to access the site but due to winds in excess of 100km/h at the site it has been deemed unsafe to do so. We will have to wait for conditions to abate before they can make another attempt 🙁 8/7/25 10.20am We are aware of an outage affecting our WWF site located near Waterloo. We again apologise for the inconvenience caused. We seem to have a difficult to pinpoint gremlin determined to create havoc combined with some site access restrictions slowing our ability to respond 🙁 Updates to follow

**OUTAGE ADVICE** Waterloo Area 3:20pm 29/6/25 Techs are investigating an outage affecting the Waterloo area - updates to follow when further information is available Update 4:20pm The first available tech will need to attend the site - no ETR is available at this time Update 30/6/25 9:15am The tech will arrive on-site around Midday and hopefully service can be restored shortly thereafter. Our sincerest apologies for the extended outage but the delay is out of our control. Update 30/6/25 2:05pm SERVICES RESTORED All services have now been restored.
