Techs attended the site and all services are restore. We will continue to monitor the health of the site into this evening
We are investigating an outage at our Quarry Hill site affectiong all customers on that tower - updates to follow
The incident has been resolved
All services are back online and have returned to normal - techs will continue to monitor for stabilty
The issue has been isolated to a core device in one of our data centres - techs are working to resolve the issue
Techs are investigating a service disruption - updates to follow
We will be doing some tower maintenance today on our FAR site to replace some equipment. Downtime is not expected but some temporary service degradation may be experienced on FAR and associated sites while the work is undertaken.
